Subject: Notification of Withdrawal from Hosting the U23 Deaf Football Championship in March 2026
Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of the Deaf Sports Association of Thailand, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD) for granting Thailand the opportunity to host the U23 Deaf Football Championship, scheduled to take place in March 2026 in Chonburi Province.
However, we regret to inform you that due to unforeseen financial constraints, we are no longer able to fulfill our role as host for this event. The Sports Authority of Thailand has recently confirmed that the Government of Thailand is unable to allocate sufficient funding to support the organization of the championship.

ในนามของสมาคมกีฬาคนหูหนวกแห่งประเทศไทย เราขอแสดงความขอบคุณอย่างจริงใจต่อคณะกรรมการกีฬาคนหูหนวกระหว่างประเทศ (ICSD) ที่ให้โอกาสประเทศไทยเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอลคนหูหนวก U23 ซึ่งกำหนดจัดขึ้นในเดือนมีนาคม 2569 ที่จังหวัดชลบุรี
อย่างไรก็ตาม เราเสียใจที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบว่าเนื่องด้วยข้อจำกัดทางการเงินที่ไม่คาดคิด เราจึงไม่สามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงานนี้ได้อีกต่อไป การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทยได้ยืนยันเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ว่ารัฐบาลไทยไม่สามารถจัดสรรเงินทุนที่เพียงพอเพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดการแข่งขันได้
